Everything you need to know to collect, complete and trade your cards.
Every Wikipedia article is a card. Open packs, keep the cards you like, complete series in your album, and trade or sell your duplicates.
A card's rarity comes from its BingeScore: the article's average daily readers over 60 days, plus 10 for each language Wikipedia it's in (250 languages at most).
Legendary takes a BingeScore of 9,000 or more (readers + languages). One shortcut: an article read by 8,000 people a day or more is Legendary straight away, whatever its languages.
A card keeps the rarity it had when you won it, even if the article's fame changes later.
| Rarity | BingeScore | Chance per card | Recycled for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 0+ | 76 % | 2 |
| Rare | 850+ | 15 % | 8 |
| Super Rare | 1,900+ | 6.5 % | 25 |
| Ultra Rare | 4,300+ | 2 % | 75 |
| Legendary | 9,000+or 8,000+ daily readers | 0.5 % | 200 |
Chances for each card of a classic pack; the last card of every pack is Rare or better.
A rainbow holo finish. Super Rare cards are foil 6 % of the time, Ultra Rare and Legendary ones 15 %. Worth ×1.5 when recycled.
Diamond facets, the rarest finish: only Ultra Rare and Legendary cards, 2 % of the time. Worth ×2.5 when recycled.
When an article soars in the news (20 times its usual readers, 50,000 at least), a limited edition of its card is printed: 25 numbered copies in the whole game, engraved "BREAKING • date • #07/25". They're drawn among the players who took tickets in Predictions.
5 cards from all of Wikipedia, paid with energy instead of B-Coins: the free way to open packs every day.
15 cards at once, guaranteed with no Common cards (Rare or better), with at least one foil.
5 cards from all of Wikipedia; the last one is Rare or better.
5 cards from one theme you choose (sport, science, cinema…), no Common cards, guaranteed.
5 cards from the articles most read yesterday, no Common cards.
The game's currency: packs, bids at the Market, energy top-ups. Earned with trophies, the wheel, sales and recycled cards.
Pays for the free packs. +1 every 3 minutes up to 100 (full in 5 hours), full again on every level-up. Two top-ups of +100 a day for 500 then 800 B-Coins.
One free spin a day: 15 to 100 B-Coins or 20 to 100 energy (more packs).
A duplicate you don't want can be recycled for B-Coins: the rarer the card, the more it pays (see the table above).
Put up to 5 cards on sale at once, for 10 minutes to 24 hours, with an optional Buy now price (at least ×2 the starting bid, gone once a bid reaches 50 % of it). The Market keeps 5 % of the sale.
The smallest raise grows with the price, from +1 under 10 B-Coins to +250 from 5,000. Anti-sniping: a bid in the last 15 seconds puts the clock back to 45 seconds.
Swap 1 to 5 cards per side with a friend of 48 hours or more. Each side's recycling value is shown; an unbalanced offer asks you to confirm, and your friend is free to accept or decline. 3 trades a day between the same friends, 5 in all.
Merchants who want cards, not coins. Some days, for a few hours, the Collector gives a rare card for a precise mix of yours, and the Archivist gives a card missing from one of your series for ordinary ones.
Every morning, discover the articles that soared on Wikipedia the day before. Guess which ones will rise next.
5 questions a day on Wikipedia's readers, answered with a probability, never a stake. The answer comes the next morning; the right and sure score most, and the best of the week and month are rewarded.
Hold a card for 3 days before its article is read 3 times as much as usual, and you're paid a bonus. Buying after the news pays nothing.
Each BREAKING edition stays open 24 hours: one free ticket, more from 50 B-Coins. A losing ticket still gives a little XP.
