Terms of use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
By creating an account on Bingepedia (bingepedia.com), you accept these terms. They are short: please read them.
The game
Bingepedia is a free trading card game: each card is a Wikipedia article, and its rarity and strength come from that article's public numbers. The game can change, be interrupted or stop at any time; we do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available.
Your account
- one account per person, with a valid email address that you validate;
- you keep your password secret and are responsible for what is done with your account;
- you must be at least 13 years old, with a parent's agreement under the age of digital consent in your country (14 in Quebec, 15 in France).
Coins and cards
Coins, packs and cards only exist inside the game. They cannot be bought or sold for real money, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable. Selling or buying accounts, cards or coins for real money is forbidden.
Behaviour
In the chat, private messages, usernames, bios and binder names, you agree not to:
- insult, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- post illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, spam, or links to such content;
- impersonate someone, or share someone's personal information;
- cheat: use bots, bugs, several accounts, or scripts to play in your place.
We can remove content, mute a player in the chat, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, without warning in serious cases.
Content
Card texts come from English Wikipedia under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence, and pictures from Wikimedia Commons under their own licences; each card links to its article and credits. Bingepedia is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation. What you write in the game stays yours, but you allow us to show it in the game to other players.
Responsibility
The game is provided as it is. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not responsible for the loss of in-game items or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Ending
You can stop playing at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to privacy@bingepedia.com. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date; continuing to play means you accept it. For any question: privacy@bingepedia.com. How your personal information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
